how do make this work do u need a modded xbox or what it won't work for me
If you were the one who posted it into the main topic then don't post this into the main page. You did correctly by posting it into here but you should have deleted your other one first if you were the person who did that. Anything on the xbox linux project where it says "just pop the cd in" really means that you have to do the software modification first (or any other modification) before you can use the disk. hope you can help i have a soft moded xbox v1.6 with samsung drive i have had no luck with burning the iso image to cd or dvd so i opted for the ftp install i followed the tutorial when i run the default.xbe looks like the linux is booting but it stop say's error 40 the asks for the cd or ethernet what did i do wrong ????

my xbox was moded with krazzie tools (splintercell) with uleashed dash
